Resizing
Resizing is complimentary within the first three months after purchase. A materials fee may apply if additional gold is needed, or if the ring is set with gemstones.

Shipping
Free express shipping with tracking on all orders within Australia, and complimentary international shipping on orders over AUD$500.
Every order is insured in transit. Cover ends once the carrier marks a parcel as delivered, so we are unable to replace parcels that go missing after delivery. If no one will be home, choose signature on delivery at checkout.
Exchanges
We happily offer a single-use exchange credit (excluding postage fees) should you change your mind within 30 days of receiving your purchase. This excludes the Letter Ring Collection, customised signet rings, wedding bands, engagement rings and any other piece of a customised nature.

Matte finish
Every piece is available with a matte finish. Add it to your cart, then let us know in an order note.
Care
Remove your jewellery when washing your hands, swimming, exercising or cleaning, and before applying lotion, perfume or makeup.
To clean, wash gently with hand soap, rinse well and dry completely with a soft cloth. Avoid jewellery dips and polishes, as they can contain harsh abrasives. Store your piece in its pouch or gift box when not being worn.

Made to order, finished by hand
Every piece is made to order and finished by hand by William in our Melbourne studio. He has been making jewellery since 2010, and trained at the Revere Academy of Jewelry Arts in San Francisco.
Engagement rings and wedding bands are our speciality. If you are planning a proposal or a wedding, we would love to design yours with you, in our Melbourne studio or virtually.
