Engagement & Wedding
-
The best place to start is by booking an in-person or virtual consultation. During your appointment, we'll discuss your ideas, preferences, and any inspiration you may have.
From there, William will guide you through stone selection, design concepts, and the overall process to bring your ring to life.
You can book a consultation here or shop our existing engagement rings here.
-
We generally take between two to four weeks to produce our engagement rings. Occasionally it may take a little longer, but this is rare and we’ll always provide an accurate timeframe before commencing production.
-
Yes, every aspect of our engagement rings are fully customisable. From the diamond or gemstone shape and size, to the metal, setting style, and fine details, each piece is designed in collaboration with you.
Whether you’d like to personalise an existing design or create something entirely bespoke, we’ll work with you to craft a ring that feels uniquely yours.
-
Your consultation is an opportunity to sit down with William and explore ideas together, whether you have a clear vision or are starting from scratch.
We’ll discuss your preferences for design, materials, budget, and stones, then create sketches or 3D models that bring your concept to life. Every step is collaborative, thoughtful, and tailored to you.

Jewellery Care & Maintenance
-
To preserve the beauty and longevity of your jewellery, we recommend removing your pieces before swimming, exercising, cleaning, sleeping, or applying body products.
Avoid exposure to perfumes, lotions, makeup, hair products, cleaning agents, hand sanitiser, salt water, and other chemicals, as these can gradually dull precious metals and gemstones over time.
-
When not being worn, jewellery should be stored individually within its WILLIAM ÉDOUARD box.
Separating pieces helps prevent scratching, tangling, and unnecessary wear, while proper storage conditions will assist in minimising tarnishing over time.
-
We recommend periodically inspecting the condition of claws, prongs, and settings, particularly on engagement rings and pieces worn daily.
If you notice any movement in a diamond or gemstone, discontinue wear immediately and contact us so the piece can be professionally assessed before further damage occurs.
-
Yes, we recommend regular inspections for fine jewellery, particularly engagement rings and other pieces worn frequently.
Complimentary inspections are available by appointment, and we encourage clients to have settings professionally checked periodically to ensure ongoing security and longevity.
