Shipping policy

Each WILLIAM ÉDOUARD piece is handcrafted to order and may require between 2 to 10 full business days to produce, however orders are most often dispatched between 2 to 5 business days. 

Once we have completed your order, it will be dispatched and an automated email notification will be sent to you with a tracking number to monitor your order’s journey. 

Please note: WILLIAM ÉDOUARD is not liable for any late deliveries caused by third-party courier companies.

We kindly ask our customers to provide correct information as WILLIAM ÉDOUARD cannot be held liable for incorrect deliveries due to input errors.

Australia Post, Sendle and FedEx are trusted services and, as such, WILLIAM ÉDOUARD will not refund or replace orders that have been scanned as delivered.

ORDERS WITHIN AUSTRALIA

All orders over AUD$500 will receive complimentary express delivery with signature required upon delivery.

Australia orders are shipped via Australia Post Express Service with tracking and next day delivery guarantee (within the Australia Post network). For orders under AUD$375, this service is AUD$10.

If you would like to include a "signature on delivery" option, this will incur an additional $4.50.

WILLIAM ÉDOUARD takes no responsibility for orders lost due to no "signature on delivery" option being selected at checkout.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All orders over AUD$500 will receive complimentary delivery.

For orders under AUD$500, this service is AUD$30.

All international orders are shipped with Australia Post Standard shipping. 

Please note, we do not ship to the United Kingdom.
