- High polish finish
- Approximately 1mm band width
- One 3mm lab-grown alexandrite

SHIPPING & RETURNS

READY TO SHIP
If your chosen product (and size/metal selection) is in stock and ready to ship, the “Add to Cart” button with change to “Ready to Ship”, with your order often dispatched on the same-day or within 24 hours of being placed.

Any “Ready to Ship” orders placed on weekends may not be dispatched until the following Monday.

Our “Ready to Ship” policy does not apply to stated closure dates listed on our “Contact” page or if additional products in your order are not marked as ready to ship.

MADE TO ORDER
Some WILLIAM ÉDOUARD pieces are handcrafted to order and most often dispatched between 1 to 3 full business days, however some pieces may require up to 5 to 10 full business days to produce. Wedding and Engagement pieces may require up to 15 full business days to produce.

If required urgently, we may be able to expedite the production time for certain products and offer same-day or 24 hour shipping. Please contact us at info@williamedouard.com to check whether this service may apply to your chosen product/s.

RETURNS & RESIZING
We happily offer a single-use exchange credit (excluding postage fees) on all orders (excluding the Letter Ring Collection, customised signet rings, wedding bands and engagement rings, and any other piece of a customised nature) should you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your purchase. For hygiene reasons, this excludes all earring purchases.

MATTE FINISH
Matte finish is available on all of our jewellery upon request. If you would like a matte finish on your order, simply add your order to the cart, tap 'Add Order Note' and let us know.
CARE GUIDE

Protect your jewellery by removing it when washing your hands, swimming, exercising, cleaning and before applying any kind of personal body product.

Maintain your jewellery’s shine by avoiding contact with agents such as soaps, perfume, lotion, makeup, hair & cleaning products, etc. Always wear your safety backs with your earrings to prevent loss.

If need be, wash your WILLIAM ÉDOUARD jewellery with a gentle hand soap, rinse well and dry completely with a soft cloth. Using jewellery dips or polishes is not recommended as they may contain harsh abrasives.

Store your WILLIAM ÉDOUARD jewellery in its pouch or gift box for safe keeping when not being worn.

Beautiful & Sturdy Chain Ring

Unlike other chain rings that I'd seen, the Jax ring is actually thick enough so you feel secure wearing it and it is visibly pretty. Very comfy to wear and light and just beautiful. Super-pleased with this ring and really enjoy wearing it everyday. Haven't taken it off since the day I got it. Love it heaps.
